Arlow holds a MicroMaster's in Instructional Design and Educational Technology from the University of Maryland and a degree in History, and is certified in analytics and behavior design. He has spent over two decades building systems designed to develop people, working at the intersection of learning science, technology, and organizational behavior.

Set in 2045 Denver, where the Joint Nexus Administration has replaced traditional government with a comprehensive optimization framework, the novel follows Jordan Reese, a Falcon-tier Senior Innovation Facilitator who discovers something she was not meant to find.

THE ALGO received a "GET IT" verdict from Kirkus Reviews and a 4.8/5 rating from IndieReader. It is the first novel in THE ALGO trilogy. TEN PEAKS, Book 2, is expected in Spring 2027.
